June 2010-. (Intern Jan-Mar 2010) Designing consumer goods like kitchen tools through concept drawings, color studies, foam models, and digital modeling. Contributing to the office knowledge on tangible interaction design.
IDEO: Product Design Intern
Summer 2008. Researched and developed concepts for richer ways of interacting with computers. Collaborated on ethnographic research, business development and medical instruction design.
Bright Innovation: Design Intern
Summer 2007. Assembled a materials library by ordering samples and designing an organizational system. Contributed to client projects through presentations and drawings.
Design Drawing I: Teaching Assistant
Fall 2006. Instructed first-year design students in mastering perspective and communicative drawing as well as organized extracurriculur critiques and drawing activities.
